Our Nutrition Program is designed to provide you with an easy approach to nutrition and wellness.

We use simple behavior modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting.” The internet is filled with fad diet plans, and there are a lot of programs out there telling you what NOT to eat. But what if we could obtain this confidence through learning what TO eat using whole foods with limited ingredients? Behold, a teaching program to build life-long skills one step at a time. Our Foundations program is an informational and instructional program designed for anyone trying CrossFit or strength training for the first time. It’s 4 one-hour, 1-on-1 sessions with your dedicated coach where we slow down our usual pace to guide you through the basic movements and core stability exercises, get you familiarized with proper mechanics and technique, and get your body primed to join our group classes. Foundations is designed to ensure your success; we cover everything from our programming philosophy, proper exercise modifications and scaling and regulating individual intensity. It’s a great way to start your journey and to get ramped up for our regular group classes. Because the Foundations program is private training, your coach will have plenty of opportunity to help you work on technique and get to know your unique goals and needs.

Personal Training

Our personal training sessions are the most effective and efficient way to achieve your personal fitness goals, whether you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or an experienced athlete looking to become a more well-rounded athlete with specialized, individual training. crossfit class

The backbone of the program is traditional CrossFit workouts, focusing on strength, conditioning, and mobility. These workouts combine gymnastics, weightlifting, and metabolic conditioning in varying degrees and durations to create unparalleled results. From the basic (but all-important) air squat all the way to the very technical muscle up and Olympic lifts, we utilize them all and make it workable for anyone at any level of fitness. We build strength, endurance, agility, technical ability, and general awareness of body and mind by training movements that support functional ability and translate to real life. And of course, there are the aesthetic benefits, too.

SWEAT! is the ultimate metabolic conditioning class, combining light weight-training with kettlebells and dumbbells plus body-weight movements in fast-paced workouts designed to tone muscle, burn fat, and increase muscular endurance! This class challenges everyone from the newcomer to the fittest athlete!  Our experienced instructors teach and focus on proper technique to activate all the right muscle groups and prevent injury before and during the workout, and tailor every exercise to meet your specific needs! Classes are open to all experience levels and are designed to be adjustable so that everyone gets a challenging workout and leave feeling accomplished. No prior CrossFit experience needed!
